Cassina might be one of several places in Italy:
- Cassina de' Pecchi, in the province of Milan
- Cassina Rizzardi, in the province of Como

- Cassina Nuova, in the province of Milan
A neighborhood of Paderno Dugnano also bears the name.
Two types of holly native to the Southeastern United States are called cassina:
- the Dahoon Holly (Ilex cassine) and
- the Yaupon Holly (Ilex vomitoria).
Cassina is a name for the black drink brewed by Native Americans of the Southeastern United States from the leaves of the Yaupon Holly.
