Le CIVA (Centre International pour la Ville, l’Architecture et le Paysage) établie dans l’ancienne usine d’électricité secondaire d’Ixelles, est un bâtiment construit en style éclectique dans la commune d’Ixelles à Bruxelles. Elle fut établie en 1895 par l’architecte Emile Devreux.
