Paul Briquet, né en 1796 à Châlons-sur-Marne et mort en 1881, est un médecin français.
Il est surtout connu pour avoir été l'un des premiers à avoir écrit un ouvrage médical complet et systématique sur l'hystérie (Traité de l'Hystérie, Paris, éd. J.B. Baillière).
