Borgman is a 2013 Dutch film directed by Alex van Warmerdam. It was nominated for the Palme d'Or at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival.

It is the story of a group of people, led by 'mysterious visitor' Camiel Borgman, who take over the house of a bourgeois family.

The 'evil/mysterious visitor' theme has previously been explored in Pasolini's Teorema (1968) and François Ozon's Sitcom (1998).

The film features the evil visitor sitting like the mare of The Nightmare of Fuseli, sitting on the chest of Marina while she is sleeping.
