Composition

The song samples the following three songs: "Fido" by The Byrds, "Oye Como Va" by Amral's Trinidad Cavaliers and "Modern Dynamic Physical Fitness Activities" by Ed Durlacher.

Remixes

The Fatboy Slim remix has the same lyrics, but with more pop-friendly beats. This song is also featured on The Sounds of Science which was released in the United States. There is also a Radio only remix featuring Redman, Biz Markie and Erik Sermon.

Music video

The music video uses the Fatboy Slim remix version and was directed by Nathanial Hornblower. It parodies and incorporates scenes from the 1968 Italian spy film Danger: Diabolik (which was later parodied by Mystery Science Theater 3000). It was released in two versions: censored and uncensored; the former replacing machine gun blasts with that of a laser gun, and the latter featuring a comedic but bloody decapitation.
