Belgium-Italy relations are foreign relations between Belgium and Italy. Belgium has an embassy in Rome and a general consulate in Milan. Italy has an embassy in Brussels, 2 general consulates (in Charleroi and Liège) and 2 consulates (in Genk and Mons).

Both countries are full members of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, of the European Union and of NATO. There are around 172,000 people of Italian descent living in Belgium.
