Decio Azzolino (the younger), April 11, 1623 (Fermo, Italy) - June 8, 1689 Rome, Italy. He was the son of Pompeo Azzolino and Giulia Ruffo who, in 1654, after receiving his doctor's degree in philosophy, juridics and theology at Fermo University, became cardinal of Sant'Adriano al Foro (Curia Julia), Rome. He was the leader of the liberal movement Squadrone Volante as well as Christina of Sweden's representative within the Catholic Church.
