"Democracity" was a diorama of a model city of the future at the 1939 New York World's Fair inside the Perisphere.
It was in keeping with the fair's theme "The World of Tomorrow.".
It was inspired by the Garden Cities of Tomorrow by Ebenezer Howard from 1902, and was designed by Henry Dreyfuss, based on an idea of Edward Bernays.
