Albert Cabrera is an American dance music producer who started out in Latin freestyle music i the early 1980s as a DJ for WKTU / KISS FM, New York. He formed The Latin Rascals with Tony Moran - editing , remixing , and producing for Madonna, Aretha Franklin, David Bowie and Diana Ross. Recent hits have included David Morales's "Needin' U."
