Le Théâtre Antoine (ou Théâtre Antoine-Simone Berriau) est un théâtre du boulevard de Strasbourg à Paris dans le 10e arrondissement de Paris, fondé par André Antoine.

C'est une salle à l'italienne construite en 1866, qui peut accueillir plus de 800 spectateurs.

Successivement appelé Les Menus Plaisirs, Théâtre des Arts, Opéra Bouffe, le Théâtre Antoine doit son nom actuel à André Antoine, directeur de 1888 à 1894.

En 1943, l'actrice Simone Berriau prend la direction du bâtiment, elle y fera jouer toute l'œuvre dramatique de Jean-Paul Sartre.
