For the set theory bit (genre theory is a subset of set theory)
The Venn diagram of Sylvester intersects with the following compilations via the musical composition "Over and Over:"
- François Kevorkian Choice
- Dave Lee's Jumpin' series
- Brian Chin's Club Classics & House Foundations series
- Norman Jay's Good Times series
all excellent compilations if you're into that kind of music.
Sylvester is firmly planted in the American disco scene but was popular too in Europe at the time and the rest of the jet set world.
