-Qua K : stichter van Barbarber, dat in de jaren '60 al schreef over Tati, Laurel & Hardy, Krazy Kat & co op een manier die hen ernstig nam als kKunst maar toch lichtvoetig leesbaar prikkelend bleef ; mooie simpele gedichten, realiteit als poëzie ; geweldige artikels in NRC die vertrekken vanuit een onbevangen maar toch typisch KS kijken naar schilderijene, landschappen ... onderzoekjes naar plekken in de bio van artiesten ook, gebundeld als bekroonde essaybundels ; schreef ook bekroonde romans die ik persoonlijk wat saaier vind, maar ik ben wel 'n onvoorwaardelijke fan van zijn "Een avond in Amsterdam" ...+
