Buju Banton (born Mark Anthony Myrie) is a Jamaican dancehall, ragga, and reggae musician. Along with making Pop and Dance songs, many of his song subjects deal with political topics. Banton, like most dancehall artists, is politically outspoken and influenced by Marcus Garvey.
