The engraving[1] of an anonymous satirical caricature of Cardinal Armand de Rohan-Soubise (1717-1757) consisting of nude women and phalli. It is a good example of "pornography" as a tool for political subversion during France's ancien régime.
In the same style, there are portraits of Voltaire, Rousseau, Mirabeau and the Count of Artois. They can be found on page 424 and 425 of volume 1 of Männerphantasien.
